Delete your account

Delete it yourself (fastest)

• Sign in at mailstrap.com/login.
• Open Settings, then the Account tab.
• In the Danger zone section, choose Delete account.
• Type your email address to confirm, enter your password, and confirm deletion.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no undo and no grace period.

What gets deleted

• Your user account, profile, passkeys, 2FA settings, and sessions.
• Organizations where you are the only member, including their mailboxes and email, domains, drive files, documents, contacts, calendars, tasks, meetings, campaigns, and e-signature requests.
• Any active subscription is cancelled automatically, you will not be billed again.
• Data is removed from production immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.

If you belong to an organization with other members, that organization is not deleted, you are removed from it. Invoices we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are retained per our Privacy Policy.

Can't sign in?

Email help@mailstrap.com from the email address on the account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify it is really you and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much faster.

Export first

Deletion is unrecoverable, so export anything you need beforehand: mail is accessible over IMAP, and drive files and documents can be downloaded from the app. MailStrap LLC, Colorado, United States.
