Use the unified inbox

The Inbox shows every mailbox you have access to, across every domain, in one list. The colored dot on each message tells you which mailbox it arrived in.

• Switch to a single mailbox from the left sidebar, or stay on All mailboxes.
• When you reply or compose, pick which address to send as. You never re-log-in.
• Filter chips (Unread, Files, Starred) narrow the list; search covers everything.
• Turn any email into a task with To task, or get an AI summary of a long thread with Summarise.

Which mailboxes you see is controlled by access grants. Personal mailboxes belong to their owner; team admins manage access from each mailbox's Access tab.
