Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling

• Cancel anytime from Billing in your workspace, no phone calls, no retention flows.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You keep full access until then.
• After cancellation your account drops to the free tier limits; your data is not deleted unless you delete it.

2. Refunds

• First purchase, 14-day money-back guarantee: if MailStrap isn't right for you within 14 days of your first paid subscription, email us and we'll refund it in full.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded.
• Beyond that, monthly charges already billed are generally not prorated or refunded when you cancel mid-period, you keep access through the period instead.
• If a billing dispute is caused by our error, we make it right.

3. How to request one

Email help@mailstrap.com from your account email with the invoice date. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Fine print

This policy doesn't limit any non-waivable rights you have under local consumer law. Abuse of the money-back guarantee (repeated sign-up/refund cycles) may be declined. MailStrap LLC, Colorado, United States.
