Invite your team and control access

Invite teammates under Settings, Team. Each member gets a role (Admin, Manager, Support agent, Read-only) and, separately, access to specific mailboxes.

• Mailbox access has three levels: Read (see mail), Send (also reply and compose), Full (also manage settings and access).
• Groups let you grant a set of mailboxes to a set of people in one move.
• Personal mailboxes are private to their owner: admins do not see them in their own inbox. To audit one, an admin can grant themselves access on the mailbox's Access tab; that grant is visible there and recorded in the audit log.

Members can be allowed to create their own mailbox on signup, and everything they can see in the app follows these grants.
